Short naps are something we all worry about.
We obsess over the duration of daytime naps for two reasons. First, we are worried that short naps don’t offer our baby enough sleep, and secondly, we need more time to get stuff done around the house!
But what if short naps are normal, healthy and protective for baby? Babies are notorious cat nappers, spending the majority of their sleep time in light sleep.
