Keep your family safe.
Learning CPR can be a heavy, stressful topic.
Having the confidence & knowledge to respond to emergency situations is paramount to feeling strong as a parent.
I help take away the stress by making CPR training fun, easy and memorable. As a certified CPR instructor for more than 18 years with Heart and Stroke Foundation, I provide training in two options.
Public Training
I offer this course to groups through the Ottawa Childbirth Education Association, in a central Ottawa location.
The course is open to all members of the public. To register, find the class that fits your schedule and follow the registration procedure on the OCEA website.

Private in-home CPR training
This type of training is ideal for new families who are having trouble getting out of the house or would like to host a CPR training session for families and friends. I will come to your home and provide training in a comfortable, relaxed setting.
This session is perfect to help you prepare to open a summer pool, get ready for the cottage, refresh an outdated session, or gain all the confidence you need to feel like a strong, capable parent. Babies are always welcome!
Note: A minimum of 4 participants is required for sessions within the Ottawa Greenbelt; and a minimum of 5 participants is required outside the Greenbelt.
